Overview

The PHB Bioplastics Consortium is a neutral, confidential initiative coordinating the development of a large-scale PHB production facility. The project is currently in the pre-commercial phase, with initial production and deliveries planned approximately two years from commissioning.

The purpose of this initiative is to engage with industrial processors, converters, and material users to align production capacity, material specifications, and logistics planning with verified market demand.

Scope of Engagement

At this stage, discussions are limited to non-binding, confidential exchanges focused on:

• Indicative volume requirements
• Material specifications and processing compatibility
• Application requirements for films, bags, and related products
• Long-term sourcing considerations

Potential Partnership Structures

Depending on strategic alignment, early participants may explore:

• Long-term offtake alignment
• Early access to planned production capacity
• Specification input during plant design and ramp-up
• Equity-linked commercial partnerships (subject to structure and mutual agreement)
